Position Information

Position Title: Pantheon Academy Project Management Intern

Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in communications with beta testing schools to gather feedback on curriculum materials. This intern will work closely with the curriculum development team to implement and finalize materials for the 2025-2026 academic year. Additional responsibilities may include researching vendors for activity kits, assisting with the arrangement of activity kit fulfillment, and supporting other related tasks as needed. Based on the intern’s academic background and interests, additional related tasks and opportunities may be assigned. This role offers hands-on experience in analyzing, strategizing, and collaborating on a STEM education curriculum, with the goal of enhancing STEM instruction methods in the classroom.

Duration: November 18, 2024-May 9, 2025

Location: Pantheon Business & Innovation Theatre, Vincennes, Indiana

Compensation: $15/hour

Schedule: Monday−Friday, 15-20 hours weekly (flexible schedule)

Direct Supervisor: Logan Overman

Support: Brian Southern, Nichole Like, and Kreg Battles

Project & Deliverables

Projects

  • Instructor and Student Feedback Management
    • Filter feedback and communicate with beta testers to provide curriculum resources.
  • Developing Curriculum Materials
    • Implement beta tester feedback as directed to improve materials.

Deliverables

  • Presentation over the feedback and potential opportunities to improve curriculum.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in Business, Management, or Education degree programs.
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn, adapt to change, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products, preferred, but not required.
