Pantheon Internship

Position Details

This paid internship is available for up to 20 hours per week during the 2025 spring semester.

This opportunity is aimed at providing valuable insights into business operations and entrepreneurial endeavors. The experiences gained during this internship are designed to enhance academic and personal development, influencing future career choices.

Responsibilities

Assisting Pantheon staff with general office management tasks including accounting, marketing, and events. The intern will also support the team as needed and may take on special projects during the semester.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an intern passionate about entrepreneurship, business administration, and office management. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn about The Pantheon's mission and be committed to skill-building and professional growth. The intern will work closely with and be managed by the Operations Coordinator.

Proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Forms, and Docs

General Duties Include

Opening and closing the building

Assisting with ordering supplies and office organization

Data entry

Answering the telephone

Greeting guests and giving tours

Assisting with event scheduling, planning, and execution

Assisting with member needs

Managing the flow of mail and paperwork

General daily cleaning and upkeep
