Nichole Like has served as CEO of the Pantheon since 2019. Before her current role, she worked in grant writing and project development and served two terms on the Knox County Council. She holds a BA from The University of Illinois and a Master of Public Administration from IUPUI.

Nichole is from Mount Carmel, Illinois, but has lived in Knox County for over 20 years. She and her husband Andy live in southern Knox County and are raising four children Ava (18), Ella (16), Zeb (14), and Audra (11).
