The Pantheon is the Innovation Hub for Vincennes, Knox County, and the surrounding community. We have an Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Brian Southern, who is a no-cost resource for the community to assist with the Ideation phase.
Ideation moves to Validation when the “Possible” can be tested and confirmed as Feasible.
The Pantheon provides multiple resources for validating your idea and supporting you in determining if your business is feasible. In-house Business Advisors, Julie Folz with the ISBDC and Brian Southern EIR will assist with this process. We also host several networking and business workshops year-round to support your growth as a business owner.
Proving that a product can be built, and or a service can be effective occurs during this Prototyping phase.
The Pantheon and its partners in the community provide access to “Makers Space” and various build shops to confirm your product idea can be produced.
Early in the Innovation process, it is necessary to determine there is a market for the idea, and that you can create branding and differentiation. This means your business can be Viable.
